Soooooo after I finished work on V1.2 I started thinking whats next???

This was always on my mind and based on customer feedback I decided to completely redesign the Gates and Terminal for both FSX and P3D :) I've used high quality textures and added plenty of detail to the models.

**Update June**

Still working on the new version and many more features have now been added, I've included the list so far;

·         Redesigned Terminal

·         Redesigned Aerobridges

·         HD textures for the Terminal and Aerobridges

·         Animated Runway Guard Lights

·         PAPI (RW23) accurate representation

·         Adjusted PAPI RW05, RW12, RW30

·         Added displaced threshold RW05

·         Adjusted taxiway light size

·         Tower view changed to New Tower

·         Various improved textures

·         Optimised VAS Performance

·         Adjusted Taxiway Signs

·         Updated AFCAD

Here is a little taste ;) Based on tests so far... this version runs on average slightly faster too.

Aaron,

Really looking good mate. And if you can add in extra detail while still improving performance, hey, that's awesome! :)

Hi Aaron,
Note sure if you've got this covered in the next release, but I noticed that the taxiway signs on A6 for taxiway K currently shows B2, none for L and B1 shows B2. Also no taxiway signs for D1 and D2. Not a major issue, but would be nice to get updated in the next release, if not already covered.

Cheers
Peter

Hello Aaron,

I have Adelaide X v1.2 and I am fairly happy with it. Do you have any plans to have operating Aerobridges?

Cheers

Brian

Hello Brian,

Sorry animated aerobridges are not possible for Adelaide or Sydney... I hope you will enjoy the new features in V2.0... The new static jetways are highly detailed along with the redesigned terminal.

Regards

Aaron

Hi Aaron,

when V2 is ready, will it be VAS friendly for me to use straight from the download?

Thanks & Regards,

Steve

Hello Steve,

Yes, when your installing there will be option for "VAS Friendly" FSX, just select this and install. See how your VAS usage is and if any further adjustments are needed just contact me and we'll sort it out.

Thanks

Aaron

When installing this version, is it necessary or preferable to uninstall the previous version?

Nice job on the P3D version Aaron ;)  VAS is much better!

All we need now is the Multi storey carpark

Keep up the good work mate.

Hi Aaron,

just some preliminary feedback on V2.

I just installed it (VAS Friendly version) into FSX. Just took a quick 5 min flight in the trike to go low & slow around YPAD and the perimeter.

Environment is just brilliant. From the inner airport to the outer perimeter......eye candy everywhere with nice textures indeed.

Frames on the trike were brilliant too.

In the coming days I'll be testing the 777-200LR SP1 & the NGX.

Will let you know how that goes, but I don't expect there'll be any adverse issues.

Once again, thanks for taking the additional time to produce an update at no additional cost.

Keep up the great work and service.
