Hi Dean,

Purchased the DHC-1 Chipmunk with the DVD backup disc from you earlier this week. When I insert the disc it begins the

installation process up to and including confirming the FSX destination folder for the installation. When I click "Next" at that

point I get the following message from the Install Shield Wizard:

"Unable to confirm a valid purchase of the product in your customer account"

The installation process then terminates and doesn't allow me to go any further. This would seem to indicate that it thinks I'm trying to do a download of the product. I always install from your backup discs as my flightsim rig is not connected to the internet, and have never encountered this before.

Any thoughts on what might be causing it?

Cheers,

Gibbo

Gibbo,

Are you entering in your registration code correctly in the space above before hitting that NEXT button on that screen?

Dean, up until the point I described, no field appears in which to enter a registration code. I have tried to install several times again today just to be sure I'm not missing something, but the install continues to terminate at the same point.

There should definitely be an entry box on the screen that has the NEXT button that you are clicking before getting the error. Not sure why it is not showing up for you. See if you can click around in that window a little in different places and get a cursor to show up? No idea why it isnt showing up for you. You might also see if you can set your default web browser to a different one (if you have a different one available) as this sometimes also does the trick. If none of this works, get in contact with Just Flight direct. They may have another solution.
