Hi Flight Simmers,

X-Plane 11 has officially been released as "Release Candidate 1' having gone through a rigorous testing program by a select few and then a Public Beta (version 17)  testing program.  The "experienced" X-Plane users are totally wrapped in the latest version.

The software is only available as a digital download from the developers, Laminar Research, at this stage.  If and when a "boxed disc" version is available one would expect PCaviator would have supplies for sale.  Don't get "sucked in" in purchasing a Steam version from other 3rd party resellers.

During the Beta testing phase of XP11, and you purchased XP11, you were able to download a bonus copy of XP10 as well.  This offer is no longer available from Laminar Research following the official release.  If you already have XP10 and want to acquire XP11 you will have to pay the full purchase price.  There are no discounts.

If you did acquire a Beta version you will automatically get the official release version as an "upgrade" for no additional cost.

Happy flying.
